We are a gated community consisting of 39 homes on a single street that ends in a cul-de-sac. We are located at the foot of Lookout Mountain off 16th Street, south of Greenway Parkway.

IMPORTANT information about this Community:
- New homeowners after 11/24/2009 are prohibited from renting or leasing their house. (For details, please see the Amendment to the CC&Rs.)
- The CC&R Regulations regarding street parking are strictly enforced. Street parking is not permitted for periods longer than four hours.
